Ricky Vega (Otto Sanchez) is a petty thief, heroin junkie- a lost soul struggling to find himself.  Bobby Vega (Federico Castelluccio) is an undercover cop who left New York, to avoid getting caught up in the streets.  Because of the recent passing of their mother, Bobby has recently returned to New York from Chicago.
In New York, Bobby learns that Ricky is way in over his head in debt to the ruthless 'businessman' La Araña (David Zayas).  Bobby must now join his brother's side and rescue him.  Now, after years of being separated, the Vega brothers must rebuild a bond torn apart by drugs and the law.
